We use a variety of creative interventions , based on your level of interest and comfort: writing, painting, relaxation techniques, journaling, artistic excursions, drawing, storytelling, role play, meditation techniques, books, mp3’s and DVDS recommendations and much more to help you develop, become empowered and feeling happier about life. The first step is booking an initial consultation which will take 50 minutes approximately to identify the initial problem. After this a complete holistic history is taken and we then agree on your ‘Action Plan’ for success in your therapy. We offer face to face sessions in South West London and Central London, along with telephone and online sessions. Fees range from £40 - £80 per session.
